  1. CV DISTRIBUTION SERVICE

By purchasing CV Distribution Services, the customer confirms that:

  • All submitted information is accurate

  • The CV belongs to the customer

  • The customer authorizes OffshoreCV to distribute the CV and employment-related information to relevant offshore, maritime, and industry contacts

OffshoreCV does not guarantee employer responses, interviews, or employment.

  1. DELIVERY

Digital products and services are normally delivered within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on workload, technical issues, holidays, or operational circumstances.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Digital products are non-refundable after delivery.

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • The purchased product or service was not delivered; or

  • OffshoreCV is unable to provide the purchased service.

Once any database, guide, digital file, outreach package, or educational material has been delivered, no refund is available.

Once work on a CV distribution service has begun, no refund is available.

  1. CHARGEBACKS

Customers agree to contact OffshoreCV before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Proof of delivery may include:

  • Email correspondence

  • Delivery records

  • Download records

  • Service records

  • Screenshots

  • Payment records

Such evidence may be used in dispute proceedings.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, databases, materials, guides, branding, graphics, text, and website content remain the property of OffshoreCV unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, publication, or sharing is prohibited.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OffshoreCV shall not be liable for:

  • Lost opportunities

  • Employment outcomes

  • Business losses

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Employer decisions

The maximum liability of OffshoreCV shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OffshoreCV from any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, costs, and legal expenses arising from:

  • Use of services

  • Use of databases

  • Customer communications

  • Customer legal violations

  • Customer marketing activities

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

OffshoreCV may use third-party providers including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, and communication platforms.

OffshoreCV is not responsible for the actions, outages, or policies of third-party providers.
